DO ALL PURCHASES INCLUDE A TRACKING CODE?
Yes. We work only with reliable suppliers who provide tracking codes for your security and convenience.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?
We send the tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days, as required by our suppliers (product manufacturers).
If you haven’t received the code after this period, please contact us at contact@orvella.eu, including your order number (e.g., #4321), and we will respond within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING INFORMATION!
During transit between the country of origin and the destination country, there may be a period without updates, as the package is still in transit. You will be notified as soon as the package arrives in the United States. After that, updates will appear with each movement, as with any domestic shipment.
